I had a great experience after really difficult couple of weeks, having to buy a car unexpectedly the staff at Audi Palo Alto were amazing and really helped me get everything in order. I want to thank Chris the manager, Crystal in finance and Josh for a great experience in buying a 2022 4Runner yesterday. From negotiations to getting the car was 100% a pleasure. If it wasn't for a customer ahead of us we would have been done quicker. But Crystal came out to us and had Chris print out paperwork so when her customer finished we were on the road in 20 minutes. Crystal made it fun and great! While all of this was going on Josh took the car away to detail and gassed it up. And for them to detail the car after we took it a little off road proved they are willing to keep you happy. Another thing I requested Josh was since the car was from out of state, if we could get it on a lift. 5 minutes later, got to inspect the underside and passed with flying colors! The last thing was I noticed that all the air caps on the tires was missing and Chris went out of his way to get us 4 himself. I know they are cheap but for a GSM to do that meant a lot. This was a 3 day journey to get this car and I want to say Audi of Palo Alto was a pleasure to work with. Mahalo

Years later, Audi Palo Alto's service department has completely changed our minds. We've gotten nothing but fantastic service over the last 5 years, and Audi Palo Alto is our go to spot to service our Audi. My wife has done every major and minor service here, and it's really a no brainer with the advance service packs we've been able to purchase. Their porters (as they call them) have all been amazing to work with, and each time she goes in, they always remember the history of the car from their notes. We have found them to be prompt, professional, and courteous. My wife brings in the car for servicing, and she never has a problem, nor do they push unnecessary maintenance. Our car does burn a bit of oil in between servicing, and they are always great about letting us swing by to top off the oil for free in between servicing. Their communication is top notch as well which we appreciate.
